Bob of the maintenance.

Messagede AbhimanyuSinghal » Mer Déc 20, 2017 16:47

Hello Guys,

I am having some trouble with bob.
On mobile application, we get a free chance at using bob once a day.
However even after complete repair of all aircraft (wear at 0.00%), the maintenance log still shows the A checks amount in millions.

Please someone help me and advise how bob works and how to use it effectively.

I'm not sure I undestand your problem. If all your aircrafts have 0% wear, why are you looking at the price of a check A if you don't need it ?

Yes, because it gives you the amount needed to perform a check A for all your planes. This is because your slider (the first one about wear) is to the right, showing planes with a wear over 0%. If you adjust the filter for example to 10%, then you will see only the planes with 10% wear or more.

Yes, but all my planes are already at 0.00% wear so it should show $0 for the A checks. But it is not.

I'll try to be more clear with some screenshots. If you are talking about something else, please send a screenshot :)

When you open the maintenance book, you see the proportion of aircraft by wear

Image

First of all, make sure that all your planes are in low wear (blue)

Then when you click on the maintenance button, you can select your aircrafts with two filters: aircraft's wear and age mark.

Image

If you don't change anything and you leave the first slider in the same position (the slider in the red box), it will show the aircrafts between 0% and 100% wear (which means all your aircrafts) and will give you the price to perform a check A even if you don't need it.

Image

As you can see, I don't need to perform check A either, but it will show me the price to perform it to all my aircrafts between 0% and 100% wear because I chose it with the filter.

Image

But if you go back and change the filter to 10% wear, then it will only show aircrafts that have a wear rate between 10% and 100% (the ones that need to be repaired)

Image

As expected, no aircrafts are shown and the price of check A (and check D) is 0, because there is no aircraft with a wear between 10% and 100%. So everything seems to look fine to me. The important thing is to adjust the filters to show only the planes you want to repair.

I hope it was more clear now :)

Hello,

Sorry for the delayed response.
Below are screen shots for reference. I just need to know why A checks are showing that money is needed when all the aircraft have 0.00% repair.

This is just what I explained. Look at your screenshot:

Image

You are selecting all your aircrafts, and you don't want to select all of them, because there is no need to repair an aircraft with 0% wear. In real life, you can change pieces of a new perfect working car, but you will pay for nothing since there is no problem with it. The same situation applies to the game. You can repair an aircraft with 0% wear, but it is a waste of money. So if you choose it, it will show you the price if you want to do it.

As I have suggested you, you need to use the filter correctly to select only the aircrafts that need to be repaired, as shown in this screenshot:
