Fictitious event - The manufacturers can’t manage the demand




Since the beginning of the summer, the small world of aviation lives at the same rythm as the annoucements, and most of them are very alarming. This game swings between jokes and forced laugh and everyone wonder what tomorrow may bring.

This unsteady atmosphere and the growing workload worsen the employees’ morale, in the manufacturer’s companies as well as at the haulier’s. Loads of burn-out cases (professional exhaustion) have been reported over the past few weeks.

The manufacturers try to get organised so that the sickness leaves don’t affect the order books. The airlines attempt to overcome the non-attendances of the staff.
