Hello everyone,

First of all its important to know that im from Brazil, so my english isn`t that good. Anyway, after conctacting Apple here`s my last hope to solve my problem.

Earlier today i`ve bought some stuff on the app, including 180.000 travelcards, but i didn`t received it. Appeared some error on the screen and i unfortunely didnt printscreen at the time. The purchase was set as pending on my purchase historic in my apple id, but when i bought other packs and received them it was showing as pending too.

I`ve been charged on my credit card for this travelcards that i didn`t received by R$84,90 (brazilians reais). It still as pending, such as the other purchases that i`ve made, but i still didnt received them.

Anybody can help me?

Please send an email at marion@airlines-manager.com with a screenshot of your bill, your user ID and details about your problem (such as your message above).

How to find your user ID:
- App: once you are logged in, tap the nut icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen > tap "Management".
- Web: on the "Account Management" page.

We’ll fix this problem as soon as possible.
