Hi all,

In order to strengthen our servers and offer you the best gaming experience possible, we will carry out a major maintenance operation. This will result in a complete shutdown of the game on November 19 and 20.

Your airlines will not be affected by this maintenance and calculations will be done as soon as the game is reopened.

Hi all,

Following the two days of shutdown for maintenance, we decided to give a small compensation to all players, slightly proportional to the number of airline stars.

This gift can be received Wednesday or Thursday only.

In addition to the compensation gift, web features will be added on Wednesday, so don’t forget to log back in! ;)

Here is an estimate of the Monday and Tuesday maintenance period:
    - PRO mode: Monday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT+1;
    - TYCOON mode: Monday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM GMT+1.

Thus, it will be possible to log in during certain hours to play the Slot Cockpit or to perform some maintenance if necessary.

Hi,

I can see the information on a gift every user will receive due to the recent maintenance.

However, I cannot see what gift it is or how to retrieve it. There is no information on the game. (WEB)

Besides, the message above mentions mobile game. What about those players who do not have access to the mobile game???

Help!!!

Hi Thomas44,

I did. Actually I knew I would have to log in on WED or THU to get the gift. I logged in on WED but could find nothing. I wrote a message here (please check message above). Benjamin.c said I would have to log in on THU to get the gift. Now you say it was WED or THU. I was there on WED but the gift was not there. Now what? Do I miss the gift (whatever it is)?

Sorry, I meant Wednesday or Thursday on mobile version. Players could get their gift via the web version only on Thursday.

This is strange, you should have received the compensation... Could you send a message at marion@airlines-manager.com please? Our Customer Support team will deal with your issue. ;)

I don't think it's fair, let me say it. Specially when we cannot download the mobile version of the game. I am in Brazil and it says the game is not available here!!!
Anyway, I'll message Marion right now.
