I started to,play this airlines manager. But now I see, that this app downloads a lot of stuff in the background, what is not ok. So I want to deinstall this app from my mobile and I want you to delete my account and all data I transfered to you, including emailadress.

It's the first time I read something like that about Airlines Manager, and I personnally never encountered such behaviors with the Mobile app

Edit:
I don't want to talk about "are you sure...bla, bla..." with other users.

I only want my account to be deleted....with all data included, like email and everything else.

Hello again...

What is about an answer to my question ??

How long you guys from support need, to give an answer here ???

I know that it's not, what you want, that people want to delete their accounts...but...it is, what it is and not to answer is not a solution.


Is there maybe a hidden option in the game, where I can delete my account completely ?? IF so...than please explain the way, how to do it.

BUT GIVE ME AN ANSWER !! :evil: :evil:

Hi,

If you want to delete your account, you have to follow these steps :
1- reset your account (in account management)
2- send a mail at marion@airlines-manager.com with your email account.

You will receive an answer within 48 hours and you will receive a mail as soon as your account will be deleted.

Edit:

Unfortunately the way you ask me to do, doesn't work.
After I reset my airline and sent an email to the address you gave me, I recieved an answer, where I was asked to:

- Note the name of my airline (what was already deleted,as you asked me to do...and I really do not remember, what the name was...)
- Note the name of CEO (ok, this was easy, it was me....)
- Note the name of the secretary (what the ******* ????)
- Note if it is Professional or Tycoon (it was Professional, but once again, what the *****???)

Ok, at this point I have to say...maybe you girls and guys should get some training on how things working. I know, there are a lot of things to do, but there is no excuse for this. Not, that you are maybe new in the team or whatever.
