Hey, I just got a Brief question on the effect the Cargo services decreasing the passenger demand and the advantages coming from staff training in the ground operations section have on the passenger demand I will see on my routes.
When I have no cargo services activated and I activate „attended package“ I should see the demand drop by three percentage point. If I now train employees to the ground operations section and gain the benefit „passenger demand: + 3“ will get three percentage point added back to my demand on any route or will there be three passengers added to the demand of a route? I’m confused and haven’t found a pattern yet.

Hi Stephen Humphrey,

The 3 points you obtained in passenger demand correspond to 0.03% because one service point in Staff section equals to a global 0.001 increase.
