Hey,

I Have purchased travel cards. My credit card has been charged but my travel cards are not increasing. Could you please help me?

How to find your user ID:
- App: once you are logged in, tap the nut icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen > tap "Management".
- Web: on the "Account Management" page.
