I purchased some travel cards today, however after receiving the confirmation from Apple that the purchase was successful and my account charged, there was an error in the Airlines Manager app and my travel cards have not been credited to my account. This happened twice, I have tried force quitting the app and restarting my device, but still no travel cards.

How can I either get them credited to my account or refunded?
