My account seems to frozen. I’ve reinstalled the app and rebooted several times over the last week.

I’m having trouble adding a picture of the screen that the game is frozen on. Is there an email address that I can send it to?

I've logged in with your user ID on the web interface and it seems you are still in the tutorial. Did you create your account on the web or on mobile? Did you switch devices in the meantime?
