No income, no flights

Since 12/28/09 there is no income from my flights, nor expenses or any other type of movements
Join the game every day, but suddenly this happens

The error is repeated on the web as in a mobile device

I had a look at your profile, it says that you haven't logged in for 767 days. Not sure what's going on but it obviously isn't registering you as having logged in. I'd try from another device and if not, contact playrion directly.
