i cannot view any videos to get my tickets for slot cockpit; i'm using Google Chrome

Hi BlueEagleAirlines,

Do you have any ad blocker that could interfere with the videos? If so, did you check it is deactivated while you are playing?

Otherwise, did you receive any error message from the game?

i've got no ad blockers; and the error message i get is no videos available but some are available on mobile app.. i don't use the mobile app..

i got the app now; but it's asking me to re create my airline eventhough i have signed in with facebook?

Hi there,

Did you use the exact same email address on Facebook and the app? You should choose "Already registered" and not "New airline" when you start the app.

In the meantime, I will forward your message regarding the lack of adverts on the web.

i have 65 games left to play..but it won't let me spin the wheel as well..it shows 0 tickets remaining; i should have enough tickets each day to do the slot cockpit
